The Dental Board's Big Day out in 2006 was an outstanding success. Over 500 people attendend this premier event in pur continuing professional development calendar.
Through the generous support of the Dental Board of South Australia and also the dental trade we are very excitred to present this "must attend" course for all dental professionals. We have aimed to include something for everyone. A collection of 19 speakers has been assembled in on eplace aat one time for your convenience. these speakers will present an array of topics, covering some of the most important aspects of clinical practice.
The theme for the 2008 Dental Board's Big Day Out is Four Quadrants of Dentistry. Four concurrent streams for Hygienists/Therapists, Dentists, Dental Technicians/Prosthetists and Dental Assistants will cover a very broad range of topics - all relevant to everyday practice.
A trade display will also be a major part of the day with over 25 dental companies already registered to attend and many more to be included in the nmonths to come. This will be an exceptional opportunity to catch up with the latest products and technologies these companies have to offer.
The Dental Board's Big Day Out will be followed by the Graham Mount Oration. Our orator in 2008 will be Dr Tom Wilkinson, presenting "The Puzzle of Pain". Attendance at the oration is FREE. The Graham Mount Oration will be followed by a dinner at the Stamford Plaza at a cost of $99 per head for a 3 course dinner and drinks inclusive.
